LITTLE ADVENTURES DAYCARE
Hello, my name is Haylee Lerch. I am twenty-six years old and the oldest of six children. My entire life I have been surrounded by children, therefore, I have always known I wanted to do something that involved working with kids. It took me a few career paths to get me where I am today.
I graduated from Harlem High School in 2017. There, I took a class where I taught preschoolers and the following year I student taught for a sixth-grade classroom. After high school I went to work for a bank which was very short lived as I got a job offer to become an assistant teacher for infants. I absolutely loved my job and soon moved up to work as a Preschool Teacher. I was there for about two years and then left to become a paraprofessional to high school students.
I loved each of these jobs in more ways than one. There was just something missing each time. I realized I wanted more out of my life and my experiences. That is where this daycare began. I opened up my daycare in August of 2022 and look forward to teaching your little ones!
ABOUT LITTLE ADVENTURES DAYCARE
I created this daycare for a number of reasons. One of the biggest reasons being that I understand how hard it is to trust someone with your child. My goal is to give parents a peace of mind when they drop their children off to me every day. I want your child(ren) to learn and grow in a safe environment. I will work with families to determine what is best for their child and update them daily. I am currently using the app Seesaw to interact with parents and allow them to see what the children are doing throughout their days.
